Main bathroom is located in the hallway but also adjacent to the guest room for en suite convenience.
Multiple outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying the Central Oregon outdoors, a courtyard acts as an extended living room complete with couch and chairs, and a private fenced patio is off the guest room with its own entrance.
Part of the garage will be used by homeowner for personal storage, but there will be room for a car and outdoor toys to be stored. Plenty of street parking available, or two cars fit in the driveway.
