NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE- This listing is for 1 private bedroom and bathroom in this Spanish-style, beautiful home. Fully- furnished, utilities, driveway parking, TV and internet service are all included!

There are 3 bedroom/bathroom combinations for 3 different travelers so you will have roommates. We are careful in our selection of residents for the house and we perform a background check of all potential residents.

Large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared. The thermostat range allowed is up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 75 degrees in the summer.

Large covered courtyard with ping pong table and seating. Fully landscaped large lot, great neighborhood. In addition to the covered courtyard, there is an uncovered patio with a built-in outdoor grill. Security cameras in front and tall concrete wall on backside of property-quiet and secure.

There is a Casita on the property with a separate entrance and address.
