The Beach is just over the hill not far. Lot's of good restaurants in Pacific City which is 10 minutes away.

We will not be doing long term leases.

We are looking only for short term 30 days stays only. We will be cleaning and checking the house monthly. Great for an extened vacation spot or working in the area people or for sport fishing.
