The electricity usage draws from the solar panels first and when the battery is out, the usage is billed from the NV Energy account. $50 additional monthly for sewer and trash.

Screening Criteria: Credit score should be 650+, 3x income requirement, no evictions, no balances owed to utility companies or former landlords.
