Enjoy an expansive multi-level deck perfect for gatherings, or relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring all the High Country has to offer. Due to the location, we strongly recommend AWD/4WD vehicles for inclement weather. No fraternity or sorority members are permitted for this rental.

Off the living space is a charming sunroom with a wall of windows, perfect for plant lovers! The primary bedroom and bathroom is on the main level, while the additional two bedrooms are downstairs, along with a shared Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, and laundry room. Upstairs, find a cozy loft perfect for a hobby room, home office, or additional sleeping quarters.
No fraternity or sorority members are permitted for this rental. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water included. Propane furnace along with a wood-burning fireplace for heat and Window ACs. This home is pet-friendly so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply.
