Gorgeous, 4yr old, completely furnished most utilities paid,safe neighborhood home

I built this gorgeous home about 4yrs ago,and the tenants are moving out 7/20. It's completely furnished with wall mounted tv's,queen bed in master, bunk beds in other br, dishwasher, stove, washer (dryer broken) above range microwave, fridge, dishes, cookware EVERYTHING necessary to live in immediately!! Even a robot vacuum. No smokers, but a single small dog will be considered with a non refundable damage deposit. 1yr lease is $1,400 with the internet, water, garbage collection paid ($150 value) 6mo lease is $1,550,with internet,water, garbage paid by owner. 3mo lease is available at $1,850 mo with ALL utilities paid by owner. Security deposit is $1,500,and a rental application is required to begin the process,along with a background check, and credit report.
