Open beam ceilings and sliding glass doors on the eastern side of the house create a spacious feeling, and fill the house with light. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled, and there's an on-demand water-heater, so you never run out of hot water. The kitchen contains new appliances (except for the charming antique O'Keefe and Merrit range). A Mitsubishi HVAC unit keeps the house comfortable in summer and winter, and the woodstove makes for cozy winter ambiance. There's a new hot tub and propane grill on one of the two patios which ensure outdoor fun, but...sorry, there's no garage. Owner prefers a one year lease (with an option for a second year), but, will consider month-to-month for the right tenant.
