* Guest welcome during the day
* Guest parking directy behind tenant
* Over night guest: Maximum 15 days in 6 month period.
* no smoking or vaping inside the property.
* NO PRIOR EVICTIONS!!
* ROOMS ARE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANT
VERY CRITICAL: GOLDEN RULES: KEEP THE PROPERTY AND ROOM CLEAN AND FREE FROM NOXIOUS ODORS. CLEAN, QUITE, AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT IS UPMOST CONCERN.
