Pricing is for 6+ months including utilities, but can be a lower base price without utilities for long term leases, or higher for less than 6 months. Message/email with any questions. Application is $75/adult and ran through Innago with a soft credit check.

Preferred qualification (some flexibility allowed): 620+ credit score, no evictions over the last 5 years, 2.5x income, clean criminal history. Deposit is equal to one month's rent or $2,000-$3,000 based on available applicable discounts (military, first responders, educators) or higher if the average credit score is under 600 or there are any evictions over the last 5 years.
