This basement studio comes fully furnished with king sized bed, night stand, lounge daybed, dining/work table, *large* closet, large flat screen TV, area rugs, kitchenette area (fridge, cooking table, hot plate, toaster oven, Instant Pot, french press, electric kettle, utensils), private bath (shower, heated floors) and private entrance. You're also welcomed to store your books and other items in the large bookcase. Access to W/D available and shared with upstairs owner (me).
