The rooms include a full or queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, storage and optional AC for $75. Bring your suitcase and settle in. Cook real meals in a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom has clean towels, and thelaundry room is downstairs. Parking is 1st come-1st serve or reserved with a $25 fee. It's close to the airport, UH, hospitals, downtown and a walk to the park and gym. The video shows the current condition of the property.
Non-refundable admin fee $300. Lease term 3-12 months.
