Perfect for students or young professionals, the room has a bed, desk and chair, closet, and storage (SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY). You will have your own section for food storage in the pantry, cabinet, freezer, and refrigerator.

The current housemates and the live-in manager are clean, respectful, and considerate. It's a mellow household with no parties or gatherings. A well-kept, quiet, & friendly sanctuary to come home to and recharge. Not 420 friendly, no vaping, no smoking. No pets.
