It is located 1 mile from the UVA Hospital or 12 minutes door-to-door via public transit (the bus stop is on the corner of the street so it is very convenient). The townhome is around plenty of green space so if you love the outdoors you will love the front and quiet backyard. The entire home (including the bathrooms) was recently remodeled so there's fresh paint and new floors (i.e. no carpet). The backyard is the big winner for the summer & fall season: firepit, grill, landscaping, quiet and very green, plenty of space to relax. Please note that the other rooms might also be rented out, but we always aim to host those that work/ study at the UVA or the UVA Hospital so this is a big plus if you're looking to be around people familiar with this lifestyle.
