This room is intended for a single occupant, though visitors and overnight guests are welcome. Driveway parking is available. We are 420-friendly and don't mind smoking, but please plan to do this outdoors. Our home is spacious, and we require some support with upkeep, so we ask that you be organized, proactive about cleanliness, and willing to help maintain common areas and the upstairs bathroom (cleaning tools and supplies provided at no cost).
