The townhouse is located less than 3 miles from the Reston-Wiehle metro and Reston Town Center. There are several metro bus stops and capital city bike stations nearby, along with many great trails, parks, pools, tennis courts and rec centers that you'd have access to!

We have a dog and are not allowing any other pets at this time. We are 420 friendly. Looking for single professionals for a one year lease. Will need 1 month's security deposit and a financial/background check.
