This room is furnished w/ a full-size bed. It shares a hall bathroom with one other person. Two other gentlemen (20-30yo) share the kitchen, laundry and living room. They are up early for work; then ready to rest and relax when they get home, so they mostly keep to themselves.

Two more tenants live in the self-contained basement. They use a separate entrance; there are no amenities or living spaces shared with them.

Because 5 people total live in the house, there is an expectation that each tenant will be mindful of their housemates and maintain a clean & quiet home.

Quiet hours begin at 9:30PM, shoes come off at the door, volumes of voices & devices get turned down so as not to disturb others.

Roommates are expected to clear and wipe down community areas after use.
