Furnished Private Room in Shared Co-Living Space

The room is available on a 3 month lease for $1,100 (utilities not included). Utilities are split among the three residents, usually ranging from $60-$80 depending on the season. This room has recently been furnished and is now available, with pictures attached below for your viewing. There is one shared bathroom and one 1/2 bath downstairs.

The neighborhood is friendly and safe, with convenient access to bus stops (H2/H4/70), shopping centers, U Street, and two metro stops (Shaw-Howard U and Columbia Heights). There's also a bike rack and nearby local amenities, making it a perfect location for any Howard student.

This is a shared living space where all residents are expected to contribute to household chores and maintain cleanliness. Currently, there are two males living in the house. We are both open to co-ed households and living with the opposite gender.
