We have a very large bedroom for rent in our basement, home features an upgraded large kitchen with granite countertops, and a large living area, laundry, off-street parking. Enjoy a warm drink at sunrise on the patio and a bbq in the evening with friends inside the fully fenced yard. Small storage space provided as well.

Room Rent is $850 w Flat monthly utility fee $160 not included in rent. Covers all utilities, fiber internet, and monthly deep cleaning.

ROOM IS SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. LIMITED TO ONE (1) PERSON REGARDLESS OF AGE. We will not make any exceptions.

Shared home w/ shared HVAC, owner occupied home, owner has allergies, no animals will be allowed.

Shared bathroom is with only one other person.
