Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, small gym, some good, shared storage (large garage shed & locked bike cage). I supply queen bed/furniture, linens (optional), blankets (optional), etc. Cleaning services once or twice a month as needed.

Sunny bedroom is 11 x 12 with a 5 x 5-foot walk-in, lighted closet. Very clean PRIVATE bathroom with a shower/tub. One, dedicated parking space available in the gated, underground garage as well.
