Great location; one block from Shoreline Trader Joe's, easy access to bus routes, I-5 and Route 99, five minutes to Costco. Quiet, professional couple with high school daughter live upstairs. We would like to share our house with someone who is financially stable, non smoking, and quiet. Apartment is furnished, but we can negotiate furniture if needed. Optional extra charges: access to high-speed wifi ($25 month), dedicated covered, off-street parking with all night lighting for one car ($25 month). Available mid-August with a 12 month lease.
