Washer/dryer available in separate building on property also exercise equipment. Suite only has a full size refrig, Keurig coffee maker, Primo hot/cold water dispenser & counter top toaster oven/air fryer/convection oven, Microwave. We are located in the country, minutes to downtown Salem. We have chickens in the back of the property & a 80 lb black lab mix dog. We prefer 1-2 cats, 1-2 small dogs or 1 Med-Large dog only. Dogs must meet our dog first - No acception. $1,479/mo with basic utilities included. We require renters insurance & $300 cleaning fee paid before final date.
