This is a WATERFRONT, fully furnished, everything included, cottage short-term stay! For a minimum of 30 days, but up to 3 months. (If you need a longer stay rent price will increase during the summer months.)
All utilities, yard maintenance & internet are included. This recently renovated home sits on a beautiful secluded waterfront lot on White Oak Creek at Lake Wateree. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath property sleeps 5 comfortably. The home also boasts a large screened-in porch, firepit, & grill on a .5 acre lot. Kayaks & a paddle board are onsite for use at your own risk. The White Oak Access landing is 1.3 miles down the road.
To qualify for this home you must provide proof of income of $4500/month, a credit score of 650+, & be willing to have your background & credit checked OR Prepay in advance for entire length of stay.
