· Single story with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
· Rent $2000/month plus utilities, one-month security deposit.
· Tenants are responsible for lawn and garden care, while owners will cover the monthly ADT Security system bill.
· The lease can be extended after a year on a year-to-year basis.

Absolutely NO PETS, DRUGS, and NO SMOKING

The home is ideal for an international family with children (2 or 3) with limited luggage. There is a sandbox and a playhouse on the property, too. For the convenience of arriving international families, some basic supplies can be in the house when you arrive (e.g., milk, bread, fruit, etc.).
