We are dog friendly for the RIGHT dog and this rental comes with its own privately fenced in grass yard (you're NOT going to find that often).

This apartment is a PERFECT setup for young couples that recognize the value of not having to hassle with laundromats, fluctuating utility fees, HOA fees, and purchasing expensive furniture to haul from place to place. Most of our renters stay with us multiple years because it is such a great setup.

Please note this is a BASEMENT apartment beneath a family of 6. We have insulation between floors to dampen the noise, however, we are looking for tenants that maintain regular wake hours from 7am-ish to 11pm-ish. Otherwise, this is not the right rental for you;).
