18 private acres on the water. Walking, biking, tennis, ping pong, motor boating, sailing, picnicking, lobster eating, sea glass and driftwood collecting.
Guest access
The estate has its own beautiful tennis court and large 200-year-old barn, two pristine beaches, and a long pier. The town has a gym, restaurants, and a grocery store.
Other things to note
There are three ferries a day from Rockland Maine. A 24-foot boat is available for rent.
