Small pets that live in cages/aquariums are okay (i.e., rodents, fish). Small dogs are negotiable, and will be $35/month extra. NO LARGE DOGS OR CATS. Please don't ask. Note that the small backyard is not fully fenced, and so will not contain pets.
Landlord will pay for wastewater service (approx. $50/month). Tenant pays all other utilities.
