Hello. I am a 55-year-old male wanting to rent a couple of private rooms in my shared Anacortes home.

Private Unfurnished Room: Each room is unfurnished, allowing you to personalize your space. The rent is $900 per month with a minimum 3-month lease, and utilities are included. I do have some furniture available if you need it.

You'll have access to 2 shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and house privileges. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises.
I have a large vegetable garden area and a greenhouse.
An application, fee, references, credit, and background check are required to ensure compatibility and security for everyone.

For the comfort and well-being of all, strong scents, smoking of any kind, and pets are not permitted. The use of THC/CBD Edibles is acceptable.
