A beautiful home with a fenced backyard ready to welcome a new family to occupy it. All utilities (gas, electric, water and trash) and lawn care are the responsibility of the tenant.

**Rental Criteria**
Background check for each person residing at rental (18y/o and older) is mandatory.

**Applicant must have a positive rental history with no previous evictions or outstanding balances with previous landlords.**

**Pet Policy**
No more than two pets (dogs and cats only) allowed in rental. Pet/s should not exceed 40 pounds. Dealing with ESA pets, I will only accept documentation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMPH).

**Smoking**
Smoking is not allowed!!!!! In or near the property. Candles, vaping, open flames also falls under that category.

**Please do not fill out an application without my consent first!**
Approval of application is based on meeting all rental criteria. Incomplete or falsified application will be denied.
