FALL SUBLET

My roommates and I are going abroad and need people to sublet our room in a shared apartment. It's a very large room with 3 full beds, three closets, a private bathroom, and a balcony on the fourth floor. We're looking to sublet it to 1-3 people (rent would depend on how many people and negotiable). It's walking distance to UCLA campus and has access to a sizable kitchen with four fridges.

Fully furnished Wi-Fi ready male or female apartments. Doubles/ Triples / Private Rooms. Each room includes its very own bathroom. Common areas such as the living area & kitchen are shared amongst roommates.
Laundry rooms can be located on every single floor. Parcel Pending lockers are available to all residents. BBQ Grills & Bike Rack areas can also be found in the building. Monthly Amenity Fee $12
Parking is also available: Shared tandem $150 / Full Tandem $300 / Single $200.
