The home is just 2.8 miles to Mercy-Gilbert Medical Center, not to mention a short drive to the quaint Agritopia Community with parks, restaurants, markets & shops along the way. The best features of the home include a 'Sleep Number' King size bed, brand new A/C unit & brand new bedroom flooring.
