The home is just 2.8 miles to Mercy-Gilbert Medical Center, not to mention a short drive to the quaint Agritopia Community with parks, restaurants, markets & shops along the way. The best features of the home include a 'Sleep Number' King size bed, brand new A/C unit & brand new bedroom flooring. There is a private covered backyard space with paid landscaping and citrus trees. We're remodeling the inside to become available again on September 1st.
