Deer Haven is a cozy 3br/2 full bath chalet in a gated lake-side community - Fully furnished w/ full kitchen. We are looking for a renter who will respect & take good care of our house. One well-behaved, fully-trained dog, past chewing phase considered. (Up to date pet vaccines required.)

- 6 months up to 1 year lease available. Utilities included.
- Deposit: Full month's rent. Pet Deposit - $500 (Both Refundable)
- End cleaning fee - $150. Pet cleaning Fee - addnl $100 (Both Non Refundable)

High ceilings. Upstairs master w/ king bed & reading nook. Downstairs bedroom w/ queen & office space. 3rd bedroom upstairs w/ 2 twin beds. Full bath downstairs & full bath upstairs.

Front & back deck w/ outdoor furniture including screened in porch w/ fire pit. Wooded back lot w/ friendly deer herd that likes to rest there. Access to lake is just down the lane. Additional seasonal amenities include pool, paddle boats, putt-putt golf & more!
