It is located on 1 acre of land that is cleared and is only 3.5 miles from swimming at Deaton Bridge and other outdoor activities at Blackwater River State park.

I require the tenant income to be 3 times the rent. Must provide evidence making at least $5,400 per month. I do not allow cats. A non-refundable pet deposit of $500 is required for dogs. I do not allow smoking inside the premises. A tenant screening report is required for each applicant which is $45 and is non-refundable. A credit score of 600 or greater is required. The screening includes a credit report, past evictions, and criminal background history. All factors are considered, if your screening report is going to show negative information you should consider not applying. Contact me before paying screening fee.
