COSTS there is a $300 per monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities even including Wi-Fi, trash, and landscaping. a one-time $240 non-refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, a 3.5% monthly admin fee, Renters insurance is required.

SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
