Cozy, Updated mother in law apartment with private entrance in private home

This clean and quiet unit is offered by a private owner who lives on the other side of the house in a separated unit. You'll have your own private entrance with no shared spaces. Use of the large front yard is included. Major utilities are included, central elementary and middle school are just down the road. Walmart and Lowes are just a couple minutes away. Laundry hookups are not installed just yet but will be by December. This split unit has a shared HVAC (air) system with the owner who has severe fragrance sensitivities that cause reactions that affect my ability to function normally. I am looking for a tenant who doesn't use the following Items: Scented candles, incense, scented plugins, scented sprays of any kind (Febreze, body sprays etc.), perfume or cologne of any kind. A credit score of 650 is required and income must be at least 3x the amount of the rent. I look forward to meeting the perfect tenant for this unique space.
