Looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful tenant to rent cozy (9'x9') room. We are about 1.5 miles from Regent University and 20 minutes from both Naval bases. We are just minutes from I-64, the Park and Ride lot, and lots of food and shopping!

Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood, the home offers a peaceful living environment. You will have access to the shared common areas such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garage (where the washer and dryer are located).

No smoking, weed, or any kind of illegal drugs. Vaping is allowed only outside as we have health conditions in the home.

There are currently three females and one male in the home. We have one cat and one dog. We will allow other cats, but no other dogs as ours is very territorial.

Rent to income ratio: 30%. Credit score: 670 or higher. Background/credit check required. Pet deposit $300 per pet.
