This is a cozy loft as part of a owner on site farmhouse compound. There is the main house where the owners live, a carriage house, and a loft. House was built in 1865. The loft has an updated custom tile shower, pedestal sink, granite counters, new faucets and fixtures, ceiling fans, new floors and paint, stainless refrigerator (Some pictures may show white however it's been replaced) Internet is included. So, with a smart TV you may not need cable if you utilize apps. We are an older community 55+ and its truly a quiet and peaceful place to live. The property is maintained by the owner and is kept up. There is outside cameras in front and back, and a very safe neighborhood. We have outstanding neighbors and a friendly nice community. If you enjoy gardening, there is plenty of space and things to do if you wish to do so. There is laundry onsite that is free, but you do need to walk down backstairs.
