A private bedroom with access to full kitchen is available in a beautiful, peaceful, and cozy townhome. The room comes with a bed but can also be unfurnished if preferred.
We are two girls currently living in the house and looking to rent out the third room to another female. Cats also live on the property, They'll likely greet you with a pure or give you a friendly stare far away, depending on their mood. so being cat-friendly is important!

Bathroom: Shared with one other female roommate.

Current Residents: Two girls housemates.

Laundry: in unit

HOA Application: application is required by the HOA for approval, which takes approximately two weeks.

Move-in Requirements: First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit.
