Cozy Guest House near downtown Dallas and Bishop Arts District

The guest cottage on my property is completely separate and very private, with it's own entrance and outdoor space. The light filled 650 s.f. apartment includes a living room, dining room, bedroom, bath and kitchen. The private garden includes a brick patio and wood deck furnished with a large outdoor dining table, and lounge seating. Amenities include a W/D, internet and streaming tv.

We are perfectly located in a neighborhood of large old trees and lovely homes in North Oak Cliff. You will be just a 6 block walk to the trendy Bishop Arts District, with it's many restaurants, bars and shops. The Kessler Theatre, also just a few minutes away, is a well-known music venue which regularly books world class musicians and performers. Downtown Dallas is just a 5 minute drive and the 2 main Interstates, I35 and I30 are each just a few minutes drive.

I have parking on the property for one other car.

I require a $500 deposit to hold the cottage for the dates you request.
