Rent includes utilities

- Renting out 1 furnished individual room in my house, with its own bathroom.
- I am the other person living in the property in one of the other rooms
- only accepting female roommates
- looking for someone who has a similiar schedule to me. Works or studies during the day and sleeps (or is at least quiet) through the night.
- Rent is $950 a month including utilities
- one months rent + security deposit (equal to one months rent) required to reserve place ($1,900)
- Minimum lease duration would be 6 months; preferably a year
- Spacious backyard, in unit laundry
- Garage and long driveway could fit two additional cars
- I will be furnishing the living room (which would be a shared space) soon
- No pets
