Welcome to a charming, sparkling, small house nestled in our backyard. We are looking for a long term rental.

You will have a dedicated parking spot leading to the private side entrance. The front door opens with a keyless lock code to tall ceilings, well appointed windows and a light airy space. The kitchen amenities include: a full size fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and stove top, microwave and toaster oven. The private bedroom has a queen size bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress and black out curtains. Both the living area and bedroom have an air conditioner and heater. In the heart of the living room is a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The bathroom is well lit and ventilated by a remote controlled skylight. We have a state of the art Miele stackable washer and dryer. Amenities include iron, ironing board, steamer and hair dryer. Rent covers utility expenses.
