A nice poolside upstairs room in a beautiful white marble tile home. Private Room in 5BR House w/ Pool - All Utilities Included (except power,) which is split between all tenants. I have a 5 bedroom house and live here part time. I spend the weekends in Los Angeles for work. I'm looking to find great tenants for the other 4 rooms.

House is quiet and clean with respectful adult roommate. Seeking someone clean, employed, drama-free, good rental history and credit. I am an audio engineer for video games during the week and Dj private events in LA almost every weekend. I am quiet and usually working on projects on my computer. I've been running this as an airbnb for years, but needed to make a change, so the house is very clean, nice and feels like a good get away.
