The living and dining rooms are combined in a great room. The water and trash fees are included in the rent. There will be an additional fee for bulk or large items put out in the dumpster. The maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking or Vaping. There is one assigned parking space and guest parking available. I do not accept Section 8 housing vouchers. The security deposit is due at lease signing. The first and last month's rent are due before the move-in date. There is also a $150 condo application fee. There is a Condo Community pool and patio area.
