What I love about this property is there are less neighbor's than if your in a big complex in the city. It's quiet, clean and fully remodeled, "very modern". The country road gives you the opportunity for long walks yet it's close to highway "26" and "23" where you can travel in any direction to visit several cities.. 8 miles West is Ripon where there's good restaurants with shops on Main Street and home of Ripon college. Heading North 15 miles is Oshkosh where there's plenty of cultural activities, restaurants and shopping. 10 miles East is Fond du Lac and 15 minutes South takes you into Waupun. It's a great central location. Each unit has a garage that is very deep for a work bench or freezer and has electricity. There is soft water that is included in the rent along with sewer and water.
