Small open concept (private space/private entrance, rental space wired with 15-amps of service). Outdoor Shower (solar heated), enjoyable this time of year. Traditional toilet and large Utility Sink. Furnished with futon sofa, mini fridge/freezer, charcoal Bbq and propane grill, mounted TV and table. Just move in your personal items and linen. Used to be Airbnb unique experience rental. Local Tv stations via antenna! Internet NOT provided but is available in the area now at tenant expense.

Shared COMMUNITY/Pool-house BATHROOM available (TOILET, SHOWER/SINK)! This is maintained by tenants and tenants provide their own items for personal use (Toilet paper/soap/etc. NO LAUNDRY ON SITE! Tenant responsible for taking your own trash to the dump and own charcoal and propane/batteries/light bulbs.
