Communal Living: Large Private Room for RENT Aug 20th

We have a large private room available in our 5-bedroom home, spacious enough for a king-size bed and a small sitting area. Rent is $750 per month including all utilities, cable, water, sewer, trash. Lease is month to month. No smokers allowed. Please fill out Pre-screening form to get approved for a showing/tour of our home. After showing, a background check and $50 application fee is conducted for applying to sublease the room. We are communal living building with multiple subtenants. We offer many amenities in shared living spaces in the home for your enjoyment! We are communal living and first come first serve for rooms and the rent is per room. If you choose to have another roommate, it would be additional $250 rent fee. We have many amenities that go along with communal living. This house is rented out similar to what an Airbnb business does. Everyone in the house pays the same share to contribute to all the expenses of communal living.
