We expect the remodels to be completed by mid-summer.
Your rent includes Cox highest speed of wireless internet, the water bill and trash service all paid. Refrigerator and stove included. On-site laundry room, key fob secured access to the building and private parking lot for tenants use only.
The rent is $875 with a deposit of $500
