any of our units, the applicant MUST:
• Make 2 ½ times the property rent in personal income
• Have a minimum 650 credit score
• No bad rental history
• Nothing is collections
The applicant must qualify INDIVIDUALLY. We do not combine income.
• Please note: Some of our property owners do require higher requirements in
which we will inform you of.
Weight bench and weights are not staying on the property.
