As you enter the unit through the two car garage, you'll walk into a cozy carpeted space. To the right is the full modern bathroom with a shower stall that includes all the amenities you would need to get you started on your stay. To the left is the laundry room with washer/dryer included for your convenience.

Moving into the formal living space you'll notice build in cabinetry, a desk space, ample living room space with a chair and ottoman and a sleeper sofa. There is a mounted streaming television on the wall for your convenience. There is also a wet bar with all the accompanied amenities as well for your stay.

This home comes with ample driveway parking for up to 2 additional vehicles!

Not to mention you have access to the full back yard, which has ample seating for lounging and relaxing.

The home's location is quite perfect, in that it's about 2 blocks to the Carmel Beach, and walking distance to downtown Carmel.
