A nice poolside upstairs room in a beautiful white marble tile home, with large closet. Private Room in 5BR House w/ Pool - All Utilities Included (except power,) which is split between all tenants. I have a 5 bedroom house and live here part time. I spend the weekends in Los Angeles for work. I'm looking to find great tenants for the other 4 rooms.
